How far is it to downtown Highlands?
We are only 3 miles / 6 minutes to downtown Highlands!
Can we check-in early / check-out late?
Please contact us directly after making your reservation and we can answer that question!
What's your cancellation policy?
If canceled within 48 hours of booking, you receive a full refund.
If canceled after 48 hours of booking and before your check-in date, you receive a refund worth 50% of your nights’ stays. The service fee is kept.
*Different policy for stays longer than 28 days
If I have a problem, how can I reach out?
After checking in, you are provided with our email and phone numbers. We pride ourselves on a quick response rate to emails, direct messages through booking services, and via phone/text. We also have an office on-site with someone present 9-5 on weekdays!
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome! We furnish blankets and towels to help protect our linens and fabrics. Plus a couple of water/food bowls.
Can I drink the tap water?
Yes! The tap water here is delicious and safe to drink.
